The main Theme of the April Challenge for the majority of meal plans is 5 Ingredients and Under. This is a great theme, with easy to follow recipes that are super quick and not only simple but also budget and family friendly too.

The Healthy Mummy App already has a heap of different meal plan options for you to choose from including, Keto, Gluten Free, and Hormone Balancing (to name just a few) and we have now added MORE incredible meal plans. There is now a choice of 20 meal plan options to follow.
New Easter Celebration Meal Plan with new recipes
The entire month with Easter bang in the middle can be a perilous time when you’re watching your weight. For a start, there’s all that chocolate, throw in a few hot cross buns, the inevitable overindulging at the Easter Sunday lunch, and just the general holiday vibe that nearly always means having an extra slice of something.

New Booty Busting 28 Day Workout Program
There’s a brand new Booty Busting 28 Day Fitness Challenge Healthy Mummy App this April that will get your butt firmer this Easter!
This new program includes a mix of some of our BEST booty workouts!
All the exercise programs in the April’s Booty Busting Fitness Challenge focus on working your glutes, hips, adductors, abductors, hamstrings and quadriceps – that is, the butt and thighs! Not only will this program strengthen your legs and tone your butt, they are also particularly helpful in regaining core strength following pregnancy.
Each week, there will be four different styles of Booty Busting exercises led by four of our amazing trainers, Shauna, Laura, Jade and Jo. The mix of different workouts means your body will be challenged in different ways plus, it will give you the opportunity to try exercises you may not have tried before!
