We understand it can be possible sometimes to forget to brush your teeth before going to bed or have no time to floss in the morning while rushing to work. Although understandable, it is absolutely unacceptable!
Therefore, we have prepared a short checklist of essential activities a person should complete every day in order to keep their mouth healthy and avoid unnecessary problems. It is easy to follow and is encouraged to complete by everyone within your family, friends, or close ones.
You can find it on our digital materials page and download as many as you would like, make sure to give it to at least every person within your household. Keep your mouth sharp and use the checklist to set out a daily routine for life!
